With the increasing market demand for plastic products, the upgrading of injection molding machine equipment is also getting faster and faster. Early injection molding machines were all hydraulic, and in recent years there have been more and more all-electric precision injection molding machines.

After China joined the World Trade Organization (WTO), foreign machinery manufacturing industry accelerated its transfer to China. Some well-known injection molding machine companies in the world, such as Germany Demark, Krupp, Badenfeld, and Sumitomo Heavy Industries, have successively settled in "China, some have further set up technology centers. The entry of foreign injection molding machine manufacturers has brought vitality to the Chinese injection molding machine industry, and at the same time, it has filled the opportunities and challenges for Chinese injection molding machine manufacturers.

At present, China's injection molding machine products are mainly concentrated in general-purpose small and medium-sized equipment. In the 1980s and 1990s, the supply of low-end products exceeded demand, the manufacturing capacity was excessive, and the company's efficiency declined. Some varieties, especially super-precision large-scale high-end products, are still blank and still need to be imported. According to statistics in 2001, China imported injection molding machines using foreign exchange of 1.12 billion US dollars, while export injection molding machines earned only 130 million US dollars, and imports are much larger than exports.

The all-hydraulic injection molding machine has many unique advantages in molding precision and complex shapes. It has evolved from the traditional single-cylinder liquid-filled and multi-cylinder liquid-filled type to the current two-plate direct-pressure type, in which two plates are directly pressed. The most representative, but the control technology is difficult, the machining precision is high, and the hydraulic technology is difficult to master.

The all-electric injection molding machine has a series of advantages, especially in terms of environmental protection and energy saving. Due to the high precision of the injection control of the servo motor, the rotation speed is also stable, and it can be adjusted in multiple stages. However, all-electric injection molding machines are not as durable as full-hydraulic injection molding machines, while full-hydraulic injection molding machines must use servo valves with closed-loop control to ensure accuracy, and servo valves are expensive and costly.

The electric-hydraulic injection molding machine is a new injection molding machine integrating hydraulic and electric drive. It combines the high-performance and all-electric energy-saving advantages of the full-hydraulic injection molding machine. This electric-hydraulic combined injection molding machine Has become the development direction of injection molding machine technology. The injection molding industry is facing a rapid development opportunity. However, in the cost structure of injection molding products, electricity costs account for a considerable proportion. According to the requirements of the injection molding machine equipment process, the injection motor oil pump motor consumes a large proportion of the total equipment power consumption. 50%-65%, so it has great potential for energy saving. Designing and manufacturing a new generation of "energy-saving" injection molding machines has become an urgent need to pay attention to and solve problems.
